Kanha Citta phinisi
Updated 23 October 2026
Kanha Citta is a phinisi for Komodo trips from Labuan Bajo, with 8 cabins, space for up to 22 guests and 7 crew. She sails each Friday on the shared trip, and on a date of your choosing as a private charter. A Sharing Cabin bed costs IDR 4,800,000 (≈ USD 294) per person for 3D2N.
Of the three sisters, Kanha Citta is the one for gatherings. She has 8 cabins, takes up to 22 guests on the shared trip and sails with 7 crew. Her restaurant and bar area and her sun deck give a party a place to collect when the day on the water is over.
First, her limit. Citta's private cabins carry the highest fares of the three Kanha boats, from IDR 7,800,000 (≈ USD 479) per person for a Deluxe Main Deck cabin up to IDR 9,000,000 (≈ USD 552) for Gayatri. Bed sizes are confirmed in writing before you pay. What you get in return is Gayatri itself, the master room and the one cabin on Citta with a private balcony.

Gayatri, the master room, has an ocean view, a private balcony, a bathroom with hot water and an extra bed. Shakti and Sedana, the two deluxe rooms on the upper deck, each come with an ocean view, a bathroom and an extra bed.
Four Deluxe Main Deck cabins sleep 2 guests apiece, each with a bathroom and no extra bed. Up on the upper deck, the Sharing Cabin sleeps 8 in 4 single beds and 2 double beds, with 1 bathroom inside. That makes 7 cabins with their own bathroom, and every cabin has an ocean view. Because Gayatri, Shakti and Sedana list an extra bed, three friends or a parent and child can share one, at the extra-bed fare shown on the cabins page. The Deluxe Main Deck cabins and the Sharing Cabin cannot.
| Cabin | Rooms | Beds | Sleeps | with extra bed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Gayatri Room (master) | 1 | 1 bed + 1 extra bed (bed size not printed) | 2 | 3 |
| Shakti and Sedana Room (deluxe, upper deck) | 2 | 1 bed + 1 extra bed (bed size not printed) | 4 | 6 |
| Deluxe Main Deck | 4 | 2 guests per cabin, no extra bed | 8 | 8 |
| Sharing Cabin | 1 | 4 single beds + 2 double beds, 1 bathroom inside | 8 | 8 |
| Berths in total | 8 | 22 | 22 |
Extra beds add up to 25 berths. We book this boat for up to 22 guests.
Meals are served in the restaurant area, with the bar area right beside it. Kanha Loka lists the same pairing; Kanha Natha has a dining area and no bar. The sun deck has bean bags, karaoke and a Bluetooth sound system, and all three earn their place around sunset at Kalong, when the flying foxes lift off their island.
On board you get a bath and pool towel, shampoo and soap, plus snorkelling gear, life jackets and a first-aid kit. Each cabin has air conditioning and hot water. Dinner and breakfast are eaten aboard, and the shared trip includes free-flow coffee and tea and a mineral drink. No set menu is promised here. The sun deck with its bean bags is where most guests settle for the hour before the sunset stop.

Bed sizes for the private cabins are confirmed in writing before you pay, and so is whether two beds can be pushed together. Decks are named only where they are known: the upper deck for Shakti, Sedana and the Sharing Cabin, and the main deck for the four Deluxe cabins.
The cabin photographs show the beds made up, but we do not judge sizes from them. Some sheets spell her name Cita; she is the same boat. Send us your party size and month, and the answer comes back in writing.
Four rows set the sisters side by side.

A private cabin costs more on Citta than on Loka or Natha, at every level from Deluxe Main Deck to Gayatri. She makes up for it with Gayatri and the bar area, and she sails the same Friday as her sisters, so the day of the week never tips it. Only in the Sharing Cabin do Citta, Loka and Natha come near each other on price, and then the sleeping arrangement decides: 1 bathroom inside the cabin on Citta, 2 outside on Loka, 1 outside on Natha.
Kanha Citta has 8 cabins: 1 Gayatri master room, the 2 deluxe rooms Shakti and Sedana, 4 Deluxe Main Deck cabins and 1 Sharing Cabin. Up to 22 guests sail on the shared trip, looked after by 7 crew. On a private charter she is priced to 10 guests, plus an add-on per guest up to 20.
Gayatri is Citta's master room, with an ocean view, a private balcony, a bathroom with hot water and an extra bed. It is the only cabin aboard with a private balcony and carries her top fare, IDR 9,000,000 (≈ USD 552) per person on the shared 3D2N, for a minimum of 2 guests.
One, inside the cabin itself. The upper-deck Sharing Cabin sleeps 8 guests in 4 single beds and 2 double beds, and a bed costs IDR 4,800,000 (≈ USD 294) per person for 3D2N. On Loka, by contrast, the Sharing Cabin uses 2 bathrooms outside the cabin.
Yes. She has a restaurant and bar area, next to a sun deck, karaoke, a Bluetooth sound system and bean bags. Kanha Loka lists the same bar area. Kanha Natha has none, which is worth knowing if your party plans to spend the evening on deck.
Each takes up to 22 guests and has a bar area. Citta offers the Gayatri master room at higher fares; Loka offers the Family Ocean View for 4 at lower ones. For 12 guests the boat costs IDR 113,040,000 (≈ USD 6,935) on Citta and IDR 104,160,000 (≈ USD 6,390) on Loka.
Both, and it is one boat. The boat is named Citta, with two Ts, while some sheets and older listings use Cita with one. This site uses Citta. She has 8 cabins, sails from Labuan Bajo and leaves every Friday on the shared trip.
Kanha Citta is one of the three Kanha boats we book as the booking partner of their owner; PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia sells, answers and stands behind your booking.
