Pede Beach, about 10 minutes out, has Sudamala Resort Komodo, Laprima Hotel Labuan Bajo and Luwansa Beach Resort. Further along towards Waecicu Beach, AYANA Komodo Resort, Waecicu Beach is about 15 minutes by car and Plataran Komodo Resort & Spa about 20.

Komodo Airport (LBJ) is served by domestic flights, and most visitors connect through Bali (DPS), Jakarta (CGK) or Surabaya (SUB). Lombok (LOP) is a smaller feeder.
The direct flight from Bali lasts roughly 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes. Lombok is about 1 hour away on a small-aircraft route that rome2rio.com lists at around two flights a day. Your airline's own timetable is what counts, so check it before booking.
We advise on routes and days, but we do not sell air tickets, and because fares change daily we quote none here. Send us your flight and we fit the hotel and the pickup around it.

On day 3 the boat is back around 12:00, and the transfer back to town or the airport follows. Choose a flight home that leaves after 14:00. An earlier seat is a gamble on the weather, and the captain's decisions on the day can shift the stops.
Raise luggage storage with the hotel when you check in on Thursday rather than on Sunday morning, and we will put the request in writing for you. A shower and a quiet hour before the airport mean either a late checkout or a Sunday-night booking, which the hotel quotes for your dates.
Staying on for Sunday night turns the last day into a relaxed dinner rather than a dash to the gate. Fly out on Monday and the whole trip from Bali keeps an easy pace.

Which area is best for a late landing?
Stay near the airport. Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo by IHG and Parlezo by Kagum Hotels are about 10 minutes from the harbour, and the airport is only 2 to 3 km from town. After an evening arrival, a bed close to the runway saves a drive across town before the Friday pickup.
What time do I need to land before a Friday sailing?
Land the day before, on Thursday, ideally by early afternoon. Friday's pickup is around 09:00. A late-morning or midday flight from Bali gives you time to check in and unwind, whereas the last flight of the day can leave you landing in the evening.
