Choose your Kanha for a team
Kanha Loka is the boat we put most teams of 12 to 20 on. It has 7 cabins and a restaurant and bar area, and the whole boat costs less than Citta for every team size. A finance department that compares two quotes will see that at once.
Citta is the alternative when the group includes senior guests who should have the Gayatri room, the only cabin on Citta with a private balcony, or when 8 cabins make the sleeping plan easier. It carries the higher fares of the two. Both boats take up to 20 guests on a private charter.
Natha belongs to a smaller team. It has 4 cabins, 5 crew and room for 12, with a dining area and sun deck but no bar area. A leadership offsite of 8 to 12 fits it. For a team of 13 or more we suggest Citta or Loka.
Teams of 21 or more are two boats and two quotes. We price two Kanha boats for the same Friday on request.
What HR and finance ask first: invoice, NIB, replacement boat
Three questions arrive before any question about the islands.
Who invoices comes first. PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia does, under NIB 1805260128363. We are the booking partner for the three Kanha boats and we sell, answer and stand behind your booking, while the boats belong to their owner. The invoice carries the company name you give us.
Next is the replacement boat. If the cause is a breakdown or an order from the harbour master or the park, we put the team on a phinisi of equal or better standard on the same dates at no extra cost. The alternative is a full refund within 14 days.
Last is what is not in the price. On a private charter the local guide and photo and video documentation are not included; they are available on request and quoted separately. Park tickets and ranger fees are never part of a fare, and travel insurance is excluded too.
If your procurement team needs a certificate, a licence or an insurance document, ask for it in writing before you pay. This page states none.

Sixteen to twenty colleagues on Citta or Loka
A private charter on Citta or Loka is priced to 10 guests, then a per-guest add-on carries the price to 20. The table sets 16 and 20 colleagues against both boats for 3 days and 2 nights.

Per person that is IDR 8,080,000 (≈ USD 496) on Citta and IDR 7,530,000 (≈ USD 462) on Loka for 16, falling to IDR 7,280,000 (≈ USD 447) and IDR 6,840,000 (≈ USD 420) for 20. Each extra colleague lowers everyone's share.
The price covers the boat, crew, meals and snorkelling gear. Guide, documentation and park fees come on top.
Who shares a room is HR's decision. We write the bed plan with a name against every cabin and do not pair colleagues without your instruction. Private cabins take 2 guests on both boats, and the Sharing Cabin sleeps 8 in four single beds and two double beds on Citta, or 4 double beds on Loka.
Flying the team in from Jakarta or Bali
The boats leave from Labuan Bajo only, and no Kanha boat starts in Bali or Lombok. A team flies in, ideally on the Thursday, and sleeps ashore before the Friday start.
Direct flights to Labuan Bajo run from Bali and Jakarta. The Bali flight takes about 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes. Schedules change, so check the current timetable of each airline before you book. Most international visitors connect through Bali or Jakarta.
Transfers are simple at this size. Pickup from the airport, hotel or harbour is free in both directions, with the time agreed in writing. A HiAce takes up to 12 seats, and a larger coach for 16 to 20 colleagues is quoted as its own line.
On the Sunday, book flights home after 14:00. Drop-off on the shared trip is around 12:00 on day 3, and on a private charter the time is agreed in writing with you.

Three days that fit work and play
No meeting room is listed for any of the three boats. The dining area is where a team sits down together, and karaoke is on all three. Phone signal comes and goes between islands, so do not plan on video calls from the water. A meeting on board or on an island is a service we quote on request.
Day 1. Manjarite is the icebreaker: everyone gets wet and no one is the manager. Kelor is a short steep climb with a bay view, and Kalong at dusk is the evening for the first long dinner on the sun deck.
Day 2. Padar early, with a team photograph at the top. Pink Beach for snorkelling, then Komodo with a park ranger, then Manta Point. It is the day for energy, not agendas.
Day 3. Sebayur and Taka Makassar are quiet stops. If you need a half-hour debrief, the dining area after breakfast serves it, before the last snorkel.
The captain decides on the day if weather moves a stop.

Asking for a proposal
A proposal needs five facts from you: the number of colleagues, the airports they fly from, the Friday you prefer, whether the invoice goes to a head office, and the services you want quoted. We reply with the boat, the bed plan, the whole-boat price and the per-person figure in writing.
The cabins and prices page shows every band, and the group charter page explains the add-on per guest above 10. The itinerary page has the stops in order. A deposit of 50% confirms the dates, and the balance is due 30 days before departure.
For a team of 20: Kanha Loka, at the lower price, or Kanha Citta if the budget allows the Gayatri room for the managing director. For a leadership group of 10: Kanha Natha, with the whole boat and a quiet deck.

Can the company receive an invoice for a team trip?
Yes. PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia, NIB 1805260128363, issues the invoice with the company name you give us. A deposit of 50% confirms the dates and the balance is due 30 days before departure. Tell us the billing details when you request the proposal.
What happens if the boat cannot sail on the day?
If the boat cannot sail because of a breakdown or an order from the harbour master or the park, we put the team on a phinisi of equal or better standard on the same dates at no extra cost, or refund you in full within 14 days.
Is the guide included on a private charter for a team?
No. On a private charter the local guide and photo and video documentation are not included, are available on request and are quoted separately. The shared trip includes both. Park tickets and ranger fees are never part of a fare, on either kind of trip.
Is there a meeting room or Wi-Fi for a team session?
No meeting room is listed for any of the three boats, and we make no Wi-Fi claim. The dining area is where a team sits together. Phone signal comes and goes between islands, so plan sessions without video calls. A meeting on board is a service we quote on request.
What if our team is more than 20 people?
A team of 21 or more needs two boats and two quotes, because Kanha Citta and Kanha Loka each carry up to 20 on a private charter. We price two Kanha boats for the same Friday on request. Kanha Natha is not an option beyond 12 guests.
