What the five-star filter is and is not
Google and Tripadvisor excerpts appear only when the rating is 5 stars. That is a selection, not an average, and it says nothing about every guest. The full set of ratings sits on each platform, which an excerpt links to.
A review that appears word for word on two platforms under different author names is left out. WhatsApp messages carry no star rating and appear as the guest wrote them.

A page about three boats invites the assumption that every quote on it describes one of them. Most do not. A guest who praises the crew, a cabin or a meal is describing the boat that guest sailed.
